· Replace the separation

roller.

· Replace the feed roller.

· Inspect the stack mylar.

· Replace the hot roller shaft bearing.

· Replace the pressure roller shaft bearing.

· Clean the oil sump with a cloth and wipe it with alcohol.

· Inspect the mylar (excluding the stack mylar).

· Lubricate the spring clutch with Mobil Temp 78.

· Replace the friction

Fusing unit

Duplex unit

1. Replace the hot roller.

2. Replace the oil pan pads

3. Clean the pressure roller with alcohol.

4. Clean the pressure roller cleaning blade with alcohol.

5. Apply grease to the heat isolating bushings (grease: BARRIERTA JFE552).

6. Wipe the hot roller shaft bearings with a dry cloth.

7. Wipe the pressure roller shaft bearings a with a dry cloth.

8. Replace the oil supply pad.

9. Clean the thermistor with suitable solvent and apply silicone oil to the contact

surface.

10. After removing paper dust precipitated in the oil tank with a pipette, supply silicone

oil (54209550).

11. Clean the upper and lower entrance guide plates with alcohol.

12. Clean the hot roller cleaning roller with suitable solvent.

13. Clean the edge of the cleaning roller scraper with suitable solvent.

14. Clean the cleaning roller oil pan with a dry cloth and wipe it with alcohol or suitable

solvent.

15. Clean the transport belt with alcohol.

1. Clean the separation roller with alcohol or water.

2. Clean the feed roller with alcohol or water.

3. Clean the friction pad with water.
