• Confidential Reception is designed to prevent messages from being picked up casually when

they are received. Instead they are stored in memory until the intended recipient enters their

Confidential ID code. Note: The Gestetner F104 Series also supports Confidential Transmission.

• Memory Lock automatically stores incoming faxes from either all senders or only specified

senders. Printing takes place after a valid Memory Lock ID is entered, so documents don’t sit

on the receive tray for passersby to read.

• When away from the office, use Fax Forwarding to redirect messages to another fax number,

keeping messages away from prying eyes.
