Notice: Kusevich Contracting, Inc. has been

providing general contracting services since 1958

for both the private and public sectors. Throughout

this time, much of the carpentry, concrete,

demolition and utility work was self-performing.

George Kusevich, Jr., second-generation president,

has decided to realign their offerings, which will

eliminate the self-performing aspect along with

related equipment and tools. Kusevich Contracting

however, will continue to offer their solutions

throughout western PA. All items are owned by

Kusevich and will sell to the highest bidder without

minimums, reserves and buyers premiums.

Location: The auction will be held at 820 Route

910, Cheswick, Pennsylvania 15024

Sales Tax: Since this contractor is selling items not

normally sold in the course of his business, the

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania considers this an

isolated sale and does not require the auction

company to collect sales tax.

Removal: After complete payment, all sale items

may be removed on sale day as long as the

removal activity is not disruptive to the sale and

only until 5:00PM. Items may also be removed

Friday, February 13th and Monday thru

Wednesday, February 16th thru February 18th,

from 8:00AM until 4:00PM. All items must be

removed no later than Wednesday, February 18,

2015 at 4:00PM
