Copy Functions

Background Numbering

Use this function to have numbers

printed on the background of copies.

“Background Numbering”.

Press the [Edit/Stamp] key.

Press the [Stamp] key.

Press the [Background Numbering]

key.

Enter the number to start count-

ing from with the number keys.

Preset Stamp

Messages you use frequently can be

stored in memory and stamped on

copies.

One of the following eight messages

can be stamped on copies with a

frame around it: "COPY", "URGENT",

"PRIORITY", "For Your Info.", "Pre-

liminary", "For internal use", "CONFI-

DENTIAL", "DRAFT".
